The Project 4
combines traditional notions of resort living with a modern urban lifestyle,

design comprises 65 units in two buildings of differing heights, staggered in
plan to define two major public spaces. The first is a walled arrival court
with water gardens and lush landscape. A generous staircase leads up from the
arrival court to the second major space comprising of an expansive landscaped
terrace and pools. The water gardens and pools, along with the lush landscape
design, seamlessly mesh the buildings with their environment, creating an
urban sanctuary.
