OPTIONS ON ADVERTISING YOUR PROPERTY:

1/.OPTION  IF WE SELL FOR YOU we charge 3% commission on the sale price. If you sell yourself then no charge to us. All Businesses we now charge 5% commission. Send as much info as you like to us & use the following info guide: How close to BTS, MRT, Taxis, shops, Tesco, 7/11, Airport, train station, schools, bus routes, shopping centres, main roads, market, as well as what is in your condo complex: eg card system, office, swimming pool, 7/11, fitness, security 24 hours, Laundry, maintenance update. Clothing shops, restaurants etc & max 3 pictures. Your condo itself: number of bedrooms, rooms, bathrooms, chattel list like fridge, microwave, settee, beds, TV, stereo,  lifts, balcony, north facing? Send as much info as you can as this is important for our overseas clients to read.

2/.OPTION  IF YOU WANT US TO LINK TO YOUR WEBSITE but still advertise with us with full page per condo listing we charge 5000 baht for 6 months or if sold with max 10 pictures. No fees for us or commission if you are the seller. All emails go direct to you so you have full control & you can add and change whenever you want. If not sold within 6 months we allow an extra page plus more pics and you can change or update the info when you like. Cost an extra 3000 baht until sold.

3/.OPTION If you want to sell by yourself we charge 3800baht to advertise on our website. You get your own page per condo and max 10 pictures for total 3 months of advertising.

4/.OPTION If you want us to sell for you SOLELY we charge 5% commission Houses, land & condos; 8% Businesses. With this you receive listings to other realty sites in Thailand for you & really push for a sale.Value saving. Remember we are asking now for sole agency rights for one year once contract is signed with you. WE MAKE A POINT OF SELLING YOUR BUSINESS OR PROPERTY.

5/.OPTION  If you want us to sell yourself SOLELY FOR FREE  no charge then place an ad on www.thaitrademe.com  on the Thailand classified website or you can also place on www.thaicondohome.com for free for 1 month.

 Once you know which option you want please email us: bangkok@pobox.com  and tell us which option you want. Send pics and info then we will ask you to make payment to out Bangkok Bank account.
